We require a 50% deposit at time of booking. The balance is due 30 days later. It is refundable up to 120 days in advance. We recommend buying trip insurance in case your trip plans have to change.

We do limit the number of guests per week due to the personal service we provide.

All activities, food and lodging are included durring your stay with us. Tips are not included.
Our staff works very hard to ensure you have a delightful vacation. Tips are apprecidated.

We are not responsible for any complications, expenses, or changes in scheduling incurred due to bad weather when you are arriving or departing from Ultima Thule.

Air transportation from Anchorage to Ultima Thule is your responsibility. We will help you arrange it. There are several options depending on your preference.
